Q: What freight companies do you use?
  1. A: Currently we use Fastways as our courier service provider.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
  1. A: We charge $6 for New Zealand nationwide shipping on most items (Larger items are extra) and $5.00 extra for Rural Delivery. However, if you plan on purchasing a large quantity of items, please contact us for a freight quote.
Q: Where do you ship to?
  1. A: Currently we ship to New Zealand, Australia, Asia and Europe.
Q: How long will it take to receive my item once I order it?
  1. A: Delivery usually takes between one and three working days for New Zealand and longer for International.
Q: Are your products back by any warranty?
  1. A: Yes. All of our products are backed by a one year warranty.
